Welder

Welding many different things. Steel and Aluminum mostly but never turn down a project. Work hasn't been consistent enough and my wife lost her job a few weeks ago so its time for steady work and benefits.

Welder / Qc

Welding - I weld materials to blueprint specs and AWS welding standards. Using many different welding processes including mig, tig and flux core (all positions) to complete the jobs specified to company standards and blueprint specifications. I weld many different types of materials including steel, aluminum and stainless steel (18 gage sheet metal to 1/4" thick material).

Railcar Mechanic / Welder

I repaired railcars to blueprint specification and railroad standards by welding broken and used parts using the FCAW process in Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, and Overhead positions. I also regularly had to weld using .035 Stainless Steel MIG wire in the Flat and Vertical positions. I use many hand tools such as grinders, impact drills and many others to repair other parts as well. I use Oxyfuel torch to replace old parts and wash metal that needs replaced and welded.
