I managed, supervised and trained my crew to perform the job correctly and safe.

Morning meetings to go over plans, and gather all materials for that job.

Keep an open line of communication with customers, so they know my team is in route to their residence.

Once at the jobsite, ill go over plans with customer, and explain the process to them and how it works, while my guys set up all safety precautions and equipment.
