I am currently working as a full-time solar installer and electrical apprentice for Namaste Solar in Boulder, CO. I have experience in residential solar design, sales, installation, and overall project management. I believe that solar is a piece of the solution to climate change. And I believe educating and training women in solar is also critical. I hope to help provide better training and workforce development opportunities for women to participate in the solar sector.
