Site Lead

Lead Technician responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high- and low-voltage systems, hydraulics, and control systems in a power generation environment. Develop daily plans of work and assist with scheduling to ensure efficient operations. Manage work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors and team members to maintain safe and reliable equipment performance. Operate and take home a company vehicle for daily duties and on-call response.

Tech 3

Tech III responsible for electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic systems support, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable equipment operation. Create, manage, and close work orders in SAP, accurately documenting maintenance activities and parts usage. Support maintenance planning and daily operations to maintain safe, efficient, and high-performing renewable energy systems.
