My career journey into the construction sector within clean energy started through my education in electrical construction. I gained hands-on experience through my volunteer work at Grid Alternatives before becoming a full-time employee. I developed my passion of this industry through meaningful residential solar projects for single family and multifamily homes, resulting in much cleaner air and economic empowerment for underserved communities.
Prior to my transition into the solar industry, I worked in various hospitality roles, where my ability to facilitate product expansion, team build, train and mentor others was strengthened.
