Pile Delivery Foreman

Arrive at beginning of project, get with Superintendent and project engineers to plan delivery and staging out of piles. Receive over 15 truckloads of piles daily, coordinate with pile foreman to be able to have materials in different sections of job site. Use front end loader to off load trucks at lay down yard and store by pile type, Use forklift to load piles onto trailer to move piles, and skid steer to shake out piles. Pd10 Operator

Arrive to project, pre inspect my machine. Managed to run Pd-10 using gps (stonex). Met daily goal of 150-200 remediated piles.

Pile Driver Foreman

Arrived to project, attended foreman morning meeting. Filled out daily Pre-Task and JHA. Held a all hands safety crew morning meeting. Coordinated with all pile leads to get piles shaken out, installed and remediated in a timely and efficient manner. Helped operators maintenance machines and fill out pre inspections. Assisted on lazer setup (Spectra), getting all machines calibrated for the day. Managed to over see Pile Qc, making sure all piles were in tolerance with in height projections. Ended the day filling out daily work logs.
