Material Handler/auditor

I was a outbound Dock lead at XPO Logistics. Had multiple rolls on my side of the dock. I was part of the audit team and I was a problem solver. But my main rolls were to check each pallet to make sure their was no missing product or too much product going out to our customers. I would hand load trailers or pallet load trailers as well. I would train new employees and make sure my area was running smoothly.
