Perform electrical maintenance and installation work as directed by management to keep the facilities electrical systems functioning properly. This is accomplished by working closely with management personally and through their facilities maintenance CMMS software. I also keep an eye out for developing issue and create work orders based on findings and often correcting on site an emergency. The importance of quality, code approved workmanship is a priority of mine as is documentation and labeling for future maintenance work.

Utility Maintenance Technician

Perform preventative maintence and repair of operation systems across the school district. These would include areas like Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Floor Tile, and plumbing among others.
