Supporting journeymen and foremen on job sites across various commercial projects.

Pulling wire, bending conduit, and installing basic electrical systems.

Learning safe work practices and proper use of tools and materials.

Attending trade school classes and completing required certifications.

Participating in ongoing evaluations to assess readiness for the next level of licensure.

Journeyman Wireman

Installing and connecting electrical systems in commercial and industrial buildings.

Inspecting and testing electrical components for functionality and safety.

Interpreting construction documents and ensuring installations matched project specifications.

Collaborating with other trades and contractors on multi-phase projects.

Maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring job site cleanliness and organization.

Master Electrician

Overseeing teams of electricians on commercial and industrial job sites.

Designing and implementing electrical systems in compliance with local and national codes.

Troubleshooting advanced electrical issues and implementing effective solutions.

Coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure safety and efficiency.

Training apprentices and journeymen, providing mentorship and ensuring quality workmanship.

Apprentice Electrician

Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

Learning to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.

Adhering to safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Participating in classroom instruction on electrical theory and code.

Progressively taking on more responsibilities as skills and experience developed.
