Rising Worker

summary

As a new Software Engineer transitioning from being an Electrician, I combine my passion for coding and creativity with my background in electrical construction. I have over 15 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician and a Foreman, leading teams in data centers or retrofits.

In 2023, I became fully trained in Full Stack Web Development through App Academy. I am proficient in building dynamic web applications using JavaScript, React, Redux, Ruby on Rails, SQL, and MongoDB. In this program, we also further developed our communication, collaboration, and leadership skills through our projects (Tapa Designs, myFridge). I am now excited to apply my new skill set to real-world problems.
