My business is aimed to help assist in the natural way of healing. No matter the temporary discomfort of not just the physical body but also the mind. Working with a variety of techniques from a crystal reiki session, to all natural herds and oils energy rub for aches and pains and all natural energy healing and balancing of all 7 chakras. I also provide coaching and counseling for various daily needs from depression, anxiety and stress but not limited to PTSD, CBT, and trauma release therapy.
