Temporary Position: Module Installation & Rough Racking Crew, leveled out, cut piles and drilled holes in piles to ensure BHA’s could be hung correctly, shook out BHA’s across the solar field, assembled BHA’s or Torque Tube, laid out panels with a crew and used hand tools to secure panels into place, picked up all trash and broken panels to maintain a clean and safe working environment

Rigging Temporary Position

Assisted the PD10 operator by putting a strap around the pile and establishing the correct location for the pile to go, informing the operator that is is good to be drilled into the ground. Use hand signals to communicate with operator if pile may not be able to go in due to boulders under the surface. Maintain a safe working environment by wearing PPE & being aware of my surroundings while working with heavy equipment.

Solar Installer/skid Steer Operator

Module Installation: crew runs panels on the torque tubes row-by-row, use hand tools to secure panels into place, use yard stick and leveler to ensure panels are installed properly for owners, skid steer operator: picked up module boxes and moved them to the correct location according to the layout of the field.
