I am 35 years old and over the course of my 13 years in the renewable energy industry I have come very far. I have climbed my way from the bottom of the industry and moved into management positions on projects all over the USA. I have been a part of several different aspects of construction and maintenance for wind farms, solar farms, substations, and t-lines. I have worked with many multi diverse teams all over and learned how to lead and motivate people while teaching at the same time. I am to the point in my career to where I want to be part of something bigger and accept more responsibilities.
