I started working in the communications industry in 1993 as a ground hand and progressed to lineman in six months and within⁰ a year to crew foreman. Since then I have held positions such as aerial construction supervisor and field supervisor as well as owning and operating my own company. I have been on hundreds of emergency calls due to weather, car accidents, construction site damages, bullet holes, squirrel damage and so on. Numerous times we have had to build both above and under the railroads property working with the people from the railroad and we never had any bad experiences. I did all billing and accounting through Quickbooks. I had to hire,train and release employees.
I had to review all jobs on site and in office, as well as assign work to crew.
I also performed aerial construction and maintenance as needed.
I performed the maintenance and repairs to all the equipment.
Occasionally had to redesign jobs that were not designed in the best possible way.
Communicate with customer's to ensure everyone was going to be satisfied with the job outcome at completion.
