We are currently seeking experienced, certified Welders to join our team on an active project in Fargo, North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with flux-core welding processes and hold valid AWS D1.5 certifications. This position offers competitive pay, per diem, and company-covered lodging.

Responsibilities

●    Perform welding using SMAW and/or FCAW processes in accordance with AWS D1.5 bridge welding standards

●    Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and job specifications

●    Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment

●    Perform flux-core welding on structural and bridge components

●    Ensure weld quality meets project and safety standards

●    Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

●    Maintain a clean and organized work area

●    Inspect completed welds for quality and compliance

Requirements

●    Valid AWS D1.5 SMAW and/or FCAW Certification (Required)

●    Flux-core arc welding experience (Required)

●    Structural steel / bridge welding experience

●    Ability to pass weld tests and site orientation

●    Must supply and maintain personal PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, FR clothing, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.)

●    Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

●    Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

●    Reliable transportation preferred
