We are looking for hardworking and reliable Spray Foam Laborers to join our team. This

entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within the industry. Experience with

spray foam application and basic painting skills is preferred, while auto painting experience is a

plus.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist with spray foam insulation application for residential, commercial, or industrial

projects

● Support the team with preparation and cleanup of job sites

● Perform basic painting tasks as required

● Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment

● Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

● Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

● Experience with spray foam insulation

● Basic painting skills is a plus

● Auto painting experience is a plus

● Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and working in varying conditions

● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

● Willingness to learn and follow instructions

● Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team

● Comfortable working outside
