SiteWorker is seeking an experienced Superintendent with expertise in solar racking and

module installation to oversee and manage solar construction projects across Cuba, Rio

Rancho, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of

solar project workflows and the ability to lead teams to successfully complete projects on time

and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight and Management: Lead the on-site execution of solar racking and module

installations, ensuring all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.

• Team Leadership: Direct and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and laborers,

to achieve project goals. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all phases of

the construction process are completed on time. Coordinate with project managers and

other stakeholders to adjust plans as needed.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry

standards, and client expectations. Address any issues promptly to maintain the integrity

of the project.

• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a

safe working environment for all personnel. Conduct regular safety meetings and

inspections.

• Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize

efficiency and productivity. Ensure that all resources are used effectively and responsibly.

• Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for

clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Communicate project progress, challenges,

and solutions effectively.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily

logs, inspection reports, and change orders. Provide regular updates to project managers

and clients.

• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction,

minimizing delays and keeping the project on track.

• Permitting and Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state,

and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance

with environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a

supervisory role overseeing solar racking and module installations.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of solar construction processes, including the

installation of racking systems and solar modules. Familiarity with industry standards and

best practices.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage subcontractors, and

maintain a high level of productivity and morale.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to

effectively convey information to team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and

priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail.

• Safety Orientation: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring

adherence to safety protocols.


• Problem-Solving Ability: Quick and effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve

project challenges.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform the physical tasks required on construction sites,
