Join the SiteWorker team As a Solar Installer, your responsibilities are to assemble, install, and/or maintain/service solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in accordance with design plans. May include but are not limited to; measuring, cutting, attaching, and assembling structural framing (racking systems), solar modules and other necessary components to complete a solar installation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in solar installation is a MUST
• Familiarity with electrical systems and construction techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined space
