This hands-on position involves a variety of tasks, including setting up solar panels, assisting with foundation installation, and maintaining clean and organized project sites. Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist in the installation of solar panel systems, including setting up racks and mounting panels.

•  Support pile driver operators by preparing installation sites and handling materials.

•  Maintain a clean and safe work environment by managing tools and materials and clearing debris.

•  Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines and standards.

Requirements:

•  Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in outdoor environments.

•  Strong attention to detail and commitment to adhering to safety guidelines.

•  No prior experience in solar required, but construction or labor experience is beneficial.
