We are seeking hard-working and reliable General Laborers to support remediation work on a utility-scale solar project. This position involves hands-on tasks correcting pile and racking issues under the direction of the Mechanical Lead. Ideal candidates will have experience in solar or construction labor and be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Perform physical remediation work on driven piles, including hammering, straightening, and alignment correction (no re-driving).

●    Adjust and secure solar racking components to meet project specifications and tolerances.

●    Use hand tools, impact drivers, torque wrenches, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

●    Assist with torque checks, bracing, and reinstallation of hardware or components as needed.

●    Follow instructions from the Mechanical Lead to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.

●    Adhere to all site safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

●    Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with material handling as needed.

●    Report any issues or safety concerns to the Lead promptly.

Qualifications:

●    1+ year of experience in solar installation, construction, or general labor preferred.

●    Familiarity with solar racking systems and pile installation a plus.

●    Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

●    Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.

●    Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

●    OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

●    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

●    Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and manual labor throughout the workday.

●    Ability to work outdoors for extended periods on uneven terrain.
