Rapidly expanding boutique luxury aesthetic plastic surgery practice and med spa searching for an experienced, creative and energized marketing leader to oversee and improve digital footprint and marketing efficiency. Social media and Multiplatform directed marketing as well as real world events and relationship cultivation are expected to raise brand awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop a cohesive strategy across channels to deliver traffic and revenue goals, and drive efficient ROAS without sacrificing brand or long-term growth
· Build monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans in line with budget and revenue growth goals
· Manage monthly budget and targets through bottoms-up forecasting & drive re-allocations/optimizations to deliver revenue & acquisition goals
· Work with media agency to drive continual optimization of campaigns, audiences & creative
· Lead channel strategy across new product launches and evergreen campaigns
· Base briefs & plans on historical learnings, current trends and/or clear testing goals & KPIs
· Present clear and concise performance recaps to key stakeholders
· Develop marketing/media acceleration testing roadmap to drive continual improvement in efficiency & effectiveness of media spend in partnership with media agency and analytics team
· Monitor & capitalize on emerging channels and trends where appropriate
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
· 5 years+ of extensive experience & progressive responsibility in driving meaningful YOY revenue growth and ROAS through performance marketing
· Deep channel expertise & insights to drive strategy across all paid channels, including Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, TV, OTT, Audio/Podcast, Paid Search, Shopping, Affiliates and Direct Mail, as well as organic channels such as email, SEO, CRO, referrals and partnerships
· High proficiency in evaluating marketing performance and strong sense for benchmarks across CPM, CPA, CPC, CAC, LTV etc.
· Highly analytical: able to distill and communicate insights from complex sets of information and able to drive a test-and-learn roadmap to unlock channel efficiency & effectiveness over time
· Strategic thinker who can flex between long-term planning and reactive, day-to-day optimizations
· Collaborative & influential: able to develop strong working relationships with brand teams, tech teams, finance teams, external partners etc.
· Action-oriented and moves quickly to get things done
· Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
· Proficiency in analytics, channel/media and customer data platforms, e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Kenshoo etc.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics or related field preferred
