What You'll Do:

•   Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including packaged rooftops, split systems, boilers, and chillers.

•   Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues in commercial and industrial settings.

•   Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently.

•   Lead by example, providing technical field support to other technicians.

•   Obtain an NCCER Performance Evaluator credential and mentor field teams.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Mastery: Deep knowledge of HVAC components, systems, and terminology.

• Hands-On Experience: Over 10 years in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Certifications: EPA Certified, OSHA 10 (preferred).

• Skills: Proficiency in HVAC concepts, including leak detection, evacuation, recovery, charging, heat pumps, and air quality systems.

• Education: High School Diploma required; technical school preferred.

• Reliability: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

•   Ability to stand, walk, and sit as needed.

•   Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and kneeling. Drive to job sites within the Nashville area
