SiteWorker is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Fort Worth. This key role ensures the reliability and efficiency of our HVAC systems while maintaining a high standard of customer service. As a Senior Technician, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and replace HVAC equipment to meet our clients’ needs, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

•    Provide expert HVAC maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements for commercial clients

•    Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues, ensuring mechanical failures are corrected efficiently

•    Model and uphold the highest safety standards for the team

•    Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, representing SiteWorker in a positive and professional manner

•    Uphold and promote the DynaTen brand through outstanding customer service

Requirements:

•    10+ years of experience in HVAC service, with an emphasis on commercial systems

•    Current EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration

•    Strong technical skills paired with a customer-focused approach

•    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

•    A commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction

•    Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently

•    Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Working Conditions

• Technicians must be able to work in various outdoor conditions, including extreme weather (heat, cold, humidity, rain, snow, etc.).
• This role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Regular use of hands for tools and controls, as well as excellent vision (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception) is required.
• The noise level can range from moderate to loud.
