We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Lead Carpenter with a passion for

high-quality craftsmanship, leadership, and long-term career growth in a respected construction

environment, specializing in kitchens, baths, full home renovations, and custom cabinetry. We're

Responsibilities:

● Perform project layout and execution based on architectural plans and specifications

● Interpret and execute construction drawings to meet high standards of precision

● Install cabinets, millwork, steel/wood stud framing, windows, and doors

● Lead framing, drywall, taping, and acoustical ceiling work

● Assist Project Supervisor with scheduling and punch list tasks

● Maintain a clean, safe job site while modeling proper PPE use

● Complete punch list items and resolve site issues as needed

Qualifications:

● 5+ years of experience in the construction trade with strong general construction

knowledge

● Proficiency in carpentry tools and construction equipment

● Self-driven with a commitment to ongoing learning and development

● Detail-oriented and highly organized

● Reliable and punctual for 8–10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday

● Critical thinker with problem-solving abilities

● Positive, team-oriented mindset with leadership potential

● Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure

● Physically and mentally fit for hands-on construction tasks

● Familiarity with identifying and addressing safety hazards

● OSHA 10-hour card preferred
