· An office-based Scheduler with five (5) or more years of scheduling experience

· Someone with:

· Electrical/MEP construction knowledge

· Experience with industry standard scheduling practices i.e., CPM, Takt, Pull Planning, Last Planner System, etc.

· Advanced knowledge and proficient use of Primavera P6 scheduling software

· The ability to accurately integrate resource and/or cost loading data into schedules and report the budgeted earned value

· Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft and/or Google Suite applications

· Experience in scheduling for projects valued at $10 million or higher

A strong interoffice collaborator with:

· Demonstrated organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills

· A strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

· The ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure
