Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage low-voltage projects, including security, communications cabling, sound systems, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and staff.
• Oversee project design, budgeting, and labor management.
• Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with foremen, technicians, and general labor staff to ensure effective project execution.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, including 1-2 large projects and several smaller ones.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems is essential.
• Construction experience is a must.
• Proficient in project management for complex, multi-phase projects.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and material purchasing.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and standard office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
