job.description: You will be leading either a department, large project or a definable segment of large, complex projects. Clients may be external or internal to Wunderlich-Malec. You are responsible for the translation of the client's complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, you establish specific solutions, applications or processes, which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the client's solution. You are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IoT or IIoT
- Bachelor's Degree

- Flexible in working with multiple time zones
- Should be experienced in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI & Reporting
- Should have progression skills in Quality Management
- You gain the confidence and trust of others easily
- Experienced Architect with familiarity in multiple architecture domains and reference architectures and processes like SABSA, TOGAF, NAMUR, IEC 62443 and Purdue
- Ability to engage in cloud or remote offering for commercial product development
- Experience in facilitating the delivery of software or cloud-related services to customers
- Conceptual understanding of support and management of secure connectivity models via customer networks, dedicated wireless networks, VPN, Remote Desktop services, Device-as-a-Service
- Familiarity with new IoT software technologies
- Ability to read, develop and maintain detailed IT/OT reference architectures
- IoT/IIoT and related data architecture implementation experience
- Experience with IT Operational monitoring and event management
- Experience with Patch Management, Security Solutions and program elements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- 20% Travel
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify complex customer IT/OT/IIoT environments to design and specify individual and master applications for data collection, device integration, and real-time analytics of IIoT solutions
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various IoT business stakeholders at Wunderlich-Malec to build deployable IIoT solutions
- Be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing interoperability tests and analysis.
- Deliver IoT software solutions accordingly to the IoT software roadmap
- Ideation and prototyping of IoT solutions for various market verticals by integrating IoT end devices into different IoT software platforms
- Screening of IoT relevant technologies, tools, and routines
- Understand the technology and business needs of our customers and provide deployable solutions accordingly to their needs
- Be a solid IoT technology interface to other departments and act as a trusted partner and consultant
- Be a key member of our cross-functional and agile IoT development team
