Here are the Skills we are looking for right now:

• Tail in and properly install Armor Cable and cable connectors sizes up to 4/c-750MCM
• Terminate feeder wire up to 750MCM Copper
• Install and terminate interconnect control wiring in double ended unit substations
• Terminate 1600A Bus Duct Tap Boxes
• Fill out Quality documentation for power distribution equipment and feeders
• Perform Megger tests
• Install 125VDC Battery power systems
• Install UPS equipment
• Install Emergency Inverters
• All work will be performed on a greenfield construction site where the buildings are enclosed, but incomplete.
• All workers will have to pass the BMW security orientation (web based test)
• All workers will have to pass a current drug test

Candidates need not have experience in all these activities, but obviously the more experience, the more useful.
