We are seeking hard-working and reliable General Laborers with utility-scale solar project experience. This position involves hands-on tasks correcting pile and racking issues under the direction of the Mechanical Lead. Ideal candidates will have experience in solar or construction labor and be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical remediation work on driven piles, including hammering, straightening, and alignment correction (no re-driving).
• Adjust and secure solar racking components to meet project specifications and tolerances.
• Use hand tools, impact drivers, torque wrenches, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with torque checks, bracing, and reinstallation of hardware or components as needed.
• Follow instructions from the Mechanical Lead to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all site safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with material handling as needed.
• Report any issues or safety concerns to the Lead promptly.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in solar installation, construction, or general labor preferred.
• Familiarity with solar racking systems and pile installation a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and manual labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods on uneven terrain.
