We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Conversion Specialist to join our high end plastic surgery clinic. The Lead Conversion Specialist will be responsible for responding to leads generated through our marketing efforts as well as answering calls, texts, and emails that come in. This person will be responsible for scheduling new patients, educating them on their procedure of choice, educating them on the DR and his credentialing, the price of the procedure, and converting leads into new patients.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to all leads generated through our marketing efforts in a timely and professional manner

· Answer all calls, texts, and emails that come into the clinic in a courteous and professional manner

· Schedule consultations for new patients and manage the clinic's schedule

· Educate new patients on their procedure of choice, the DR, his credentialing, and the price of the procedure

· Follow up with potential patients to convert them into new patients

· Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions in the clinic's CRM

· Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure all leads are tracked and followed up with

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred

· 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Familiarity with CRM systems preferred

· Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Experience in the plastic surgery or medical field a plus
