The Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support construction crews, including carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades. This position requires strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
• Assist carpenters, form workers, and equipment operators as directed.
• Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools.
• Excavate, backfill, and compact soil using hand tools and small equipment.
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures such as barricades, scaffolding, and work platforms.
• Operate basic hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures on site.
• Other duties as assigned by Foreman and Superintendent.

Requirements

• Previous construction labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
