We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Lineman with extensive experience in medium voltage (MV) terminations, specifically with T-bodies and stress cones. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in MV electrical systems, a commitment to safety, and a proven ability to deliver quality work in both construction and maintenance settings.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical installations

● Perform MV terminations using T-bodies and stress cones in compliance with industry standards.

Ground and terminate pad-mounted equipment.

● Apply Hubbell / 3M / TE certified techniques for MV installations.

● Safely work near energized equipment and follow all Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.

● Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

● Maintain detailed logs of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections.

● Collaborate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and team members.

● Adhere to company policies, OSHA standards, and local/state electrical codes.

Qualifications

● Journeyman Electrician License (state/region specific).

● Extensive hands-on experience with MV terminations, T-bodies, and stress cones.

Hubbell / 3M / TE certifications required.

● Strong knowledge of electrical codes and MV grounding practices.

● Demonstrated safety record, especially when working around energized equipment.

● Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostics.

● Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.

● Strong leadership and communication skills.
