We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Commercial Plumber to join our team. This role

requires a well-rounded professional with expertise in commercial plumbing, HVAC

piping, MEDGAS, and other mechanical systems. You will be responsible for installing,

maintaining, and repairing piping and plumbing systems in commercial settings,

ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including HVAC

piping and MEDGAS systems.

● Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and mechanical issues with a focus on

efficiency and safety.

● Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and

installation procedures.

● Ensure all work adheres to local codes and safety regulations.

● Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to coordinate work on

projects.

● Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor on

job sites.

Requirements:

● MEDGAS Certification (required).

● Experience in commercial plumbing, HVAC piping, MEDGAS, and all mechanical

systems.

● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

● Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently

and as part of a team.

● Physical ability to perform job-related tasks, including lifting, bending, and

working in various environmental conditions.
