We are seeking a candidate in one of our Phoenix, Arizona offices to provide instrumentation and controls engineering and design for water and wastewater projects.

·        Work includes both in-plant and remote telemetry (SCADA) projects with the potential for HMI/PLC programming.

·        Develop Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs); prepare I&C system specifications; prepare cost estimates for projects; and review and approve documentation developed by contractors.

·        Inspect, test, and approve of I&C work provided by contractors at water and wastewater facilities.

Qualifications/Skills:

·        Knowledge of water/wastewater or industrial process instrumentation and equipment.

·        Must know how to use AutoCAD, or AutoCAD Plant 3D, or be willing to learn.

·        Control system software configuration/programming capability preferred.

·        Electrical design experience is a plus.

·        Good verbal, writing and interpersonal skills are essential for coordination with other disciplines, and client interface.

·        5-15 years of I&C design experience preferred; more or less will be considered.

Education Requirements

·        BS/BE Engineering

Must have a PE License, or ability to obtain within one year of employment
