Laborers operate a variety of hand and power tools and small equipment, move materials, erect
scaffolding, and clean up rubble and debris on job sites. Laborers may also assist other craft
workers in performing their tasks. Laborers report directly to the Jobsite Superintendent.
This position requires mandatory tunnel work experience, tunnel safety training, and
OSHA 30 certification.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor on construction projects.
● Support crew during concrete pours as required by the job.
● Load, unload, handle, and distribute materials, fixtures, and other items as assigned.
● Help maintain a clean job site by picking up and storing tools and equipment.
● Assist with materials handling and storage.
● Follow all safety rules and immediately report any unsafe conditions to the Foreman.
● Stand, walk, climb, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
● Lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
Essential Requirements
● Mandatory tunnel work experience.
● Tunnel safety training certification.
● OSHA 30 certification required.
● Willingness and ability to travel out of town and/or out of state for job assignments.
● Strong work ethic: be punctual, work hard, and show eagerness to learn.
Reliable transportation.
● High attention to safety and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.

● Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays
when required.
