We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field General Foreman to lead construction teams

in the successful execution of field operations. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives

in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong communication and

problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and supervise field activities including construction methods, sequencing, workforce

needs, material logistics, and equipment requirements.

● Manage and mentor field staff, including Foremen, ensuring effective team leadership

and professional development.

● Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the project schedule,

ensuring adherence to critical path milestones and deadlines.

● Communicate project updates, site challenges, and progress to the Project Manager and

clients.

● Resolve on-site construction issues and facilitate coordination among trades and

subcontractors.

● Enforce job site safety protocols and support incident investigations alongside the Safety

Department.

● Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure alignment with scope, quality standards,

and contractual requirements.

● Assist in resolving subcontractor disputes, reviewing change orders, and managing

punch list and project close-out.

● Provide ongoing updates regarding cost, schedule, and resource needs to project

leadership.

● Mentor junior team members and foster a positive, productive job site culture.


Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Foreman or equivalent leadership role

within construction projects.

● Strong understanding of construction documents, scopes of work, and industry

standards.

● Proven ability to manage schedules, manpower, and field operations.

● Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

● Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.

● Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction scheduling software preferred.
