Essential Functions:

• Ensures that all our client’s and OSHA safety regulations are followed and enforced

• Performs field quality control tests

• Prepares and manage quality control and production records

• Performs field surveys and resolves geometry issues

• Ensures all installation follows Nicholson Quality Control Manual

Education & Training:

• High School 

Experience:

• Basic knowledge (0-3 years) of construction

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Able to implement quality control procedures

• Has basic survey and layout skills using a level

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Physical Requirements:

• Lift, carry, pull and push at least 100 pounds

• Able to concentrate at a high degree in a busy and noisy construction environment 

• Travel per the company travel policy, often overnight and away from home·

Mental Requirements:

• Converse effectively using both verbal and written communication.

• Rational decision making ability

• Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibility as needed

• Demonstrate ability to manage stress and emotions as related to the workplace

• Attention to detail

• Makes final decisions and assumes accountability for them
