SiteWorker is seeking a full-time Electrical Estimator to join our busy office and provide proactive and comprehensive support in the estimating department. Candidates must have previous estimating experience or experience as a journeyman electrician. We are looking for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to their work.

Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:

• Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required materials for an estimate.
• Produce estimates using various methods (comprehensive, median, historical, conceptual).
• Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and solicit quotes. Review quotes for accuracy with plans and specifications.
• Meet with Project Management and operations teams to fully explain the estimate, scope of work, quotes, and other details to ensure a successful transition.
• Ensure the timely completion of all estimates and client-required documents.
• Write scope letters, including inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications for estimates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma and additional specialized training required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ideal candidates will have at least two (2) years of experience as an Electrical Estimator.
