SiteWorker is seeking an experienced Dewatering Supervisor to oversee field operations for dewatering systems on civil construction projects throughout the Fargo area. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining efficient operation of pumps, wellpoint systems, and groundwater control equipment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in dewatering operations, excavation support, utility construction, or heavy civil construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily dewatering field operations
• Lead laborers and field crews during installation, maintenance, and removal of dewatering systems
• Monitor pump performance, flow rates, and groundwater control activities
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and equipment logs
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising dewatering, excavation, utility, or heavy civil construction crews
• Strong knowledge of pumps, wellpoint systems, and groundwater control methods
• Ability to read construction drawings and site plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing field crews and subcontractors
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with deep excavations and utility construction
• Heavy civil construction background
• Equipment operation experience
