Position Overview

SiteWorker is seeking hard working Dewatering Laborers to support dewatering operations on active civil construction projects in the Fargo, North Dakota area. This position will assist with the installation, maintenance, monitoring, and removal of dewatering systems used to control groundwater and maintain safe excavation conditions.

The ideal candidate has construction experience, enjoys working outdoors, and is comfortable performing physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and removal of dewatering systems
• Handle and install discharge hoses, pumps, wellpoints, and related equipment
• Monitor pumps and dewatering equipment to ensure proper operation
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on pumps and hoses
• Support excavation and utility crews as needed
• Assist with site cleanup and material handling
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Work effectively as part of a field crew in fast-paced construction environments

Qualifications

• Previous construction labor experience preferred
• Experience with excavation, utility work, trenching, or dewatering preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating small equipment
• Pump or dewatering experience
