What We Are Looking For

· A Construction Technology (CT) Specialist who will work both independently and collaboratively with the Planning Department to support project, department, and company objectives.

CT Specialists will perform the following:

·        § Develop, document, and evaluate new and existing workflows/processes/standards

·        § Create skill assessments to identify competency in tools, systems, or roles

·        § Manage digital tools, databases, automations, and processes

·        § e.g. Revit families, modeling scripts, ACC, Absorb LMS, Power BI, etc.

·        § Create/maintain a variety of reports, dashboards, and analytics, providing key insights into business performance and metrics

·        § Stay current with new technology trends/opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement

·        CT Specialists II will perform above CT Specialist I activities, as well as the following:

·        § Develop, implement, and manage digital tools, databases, automations, and processes

·        § e.g. Revit families, modeling scripts, ACC, Absorb LMS, Power BI, etc.

·        § Collaborate with project teams to set up projects in accordance with company standards

·        § Act as a subject matter expert to assist teams in using technology to increase efficiency

·        § Monitor/report on compliance with standards and procedures, identifying areas of needed improvement and making recommendations to the team

·        § Serve as a resource for application issues

·        § Manage access/licensing for department-specific software

· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using:

· BIM360 / ACC

· Bluebeam

· Navisworks

· Revit

· PlanGrid

· BI and analytics tools, preferred

· Experience with custom form development (SQL, HTML, CSS, Java Script, or VBA), preferred

· Construction experience, preferred
