What We Are Looking For

·        A Construction Technology (CT) Specialist who will work both independently and collaboratively with the Planning Department to support project, department, and company objectives.

CT Specialists will perform the following:

§ Develop, document, and evaluate new and existing workflows/processes/standards

§ Create skill assessments to identify competency in tools, systems, or roles

§ Manage digital tools, databases, automations, and processes

§ e.g. Revit families, modeling scripts, ACC, Absorb LMS, Power BI, etc.

§ Create/maintain a variety of reports, dashboards, and analytics, providing key insights into business performance and metrics

§ Stay current with new technology trends/opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement

CT Specialists II will perform above CT Specialist I activities, as well as the following:

§ Develop, implement, and manage digital tools, databases, automations, and processes

§ e.g. Revit families, modeling scripts, ACC, Absorb LMS, Power BI, etc.

§ Collaborate with project teams to set up projects in accordance with company standards

§ Act as a subject matter expert to assist teams in using technology to increase efficiency

§ Monitor/report on compliance with standards and procedures, identifying areas of needed improvement and making recommendations to the team

§ Serve as a resource for application issues

§ Manage access/licensing for department-specific software

·        Bluebeam

·        Experience with custom form development (SQL, HTML, CSS, Java Script, or VBA), preferred

·        Construction experience, preferred
