SiteWorker is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager specializing in drilling. This role

involves leading the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are

completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Review project proposals to determine timelines,

budget constraints, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation. Develop detailed

work plans and assign tasks to project teams.

• Team Leadership: Collaborate with project staff, the Director of Foundation Construction, and

the site Superintendent to outline project plans, assign responsibilities, and define the

scope of authority. Direct and coordinate team activities to ensure project milestones are

met.

• Budget and Schedule Management: Oversee the preparation of bids, including

specifications, drawings, budgets, and schedules. Monitor project progress, adjust

schedules or plans as needed, and ensure all work remains within budget.

• Operational Oversight: Plan and direct the efficient use of manpower, materials, and

equipment. Ensure compliance with security, environmental, health, and safety

regulations.

• Quality Assurance: Review and approve job orders, change orders, and their estimates.

Inspect project work for quality, compliance with design requirements, and overall

assurance.

• Permits and Documentation: Acquire necessary permits and ensure all project

documentation, including drawings and job orders, are completed accurately and

delivered promptly to clients or for construction.

• Stakeholder Communication: Conduct project status meetings, coordinate schedules, and

manage the relationship between contractors and clients. Ensure timely communication

of project needs, milestones, and progress.

• Finalization and Compliance: Prepare for and follow through on final job acceptance,

resolving any remaining punch list items. Ensure all project activities comply with

applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field with at least

four years of progressively responsible construction experience, or a minimum of seven

years of relevant Project Management experience in on-site construction management or

a related field.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build teams and maintain effective communication with

project stakeholders.

• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for adjusting priorities and

strategies as project needs evolve.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail-oriented approach in all project tasks.

• Technical Proficiency: Competence in using spreadsheets, word processing programs, and

email systems at a proficient level. Ability to navigate and utilize ViewpointSpectrum

software.

• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and listening communication skills, essential for

managing project teams and liaising with clients.

• Adaptability: Capability to pivot and adjust to changing project requirements and priorities

effectively.
