job.description: Responsible for providing one or more of a wide variety of administrative support services within departments and projects through research, analysis, and coordination with functional departments and disciplines and use of office automation tools.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee all construction contracts within area of responsibility, supported by Site Teams at each geographic location or system based area of responsibility
- Monitor and oversee construction activities and personnel within the delivery timelines, including development plans and training requirements
- Keep Superintendent II and Construction Manager II informed of overall construction activity progress & performance along with monitoring and review of construction key performance indicators
- Provide input to constructability reviews and manages the optimum contractor involvement activities
- Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected in the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working to the our company’s Zero Injury principles
- Cooperate with all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe working procedures at all times
- Act as a role model for our company’s vision and values, behaving in ways that are in alignment with our company’s ways of working while encouraging other to do so as well

- Supervise & lead teams
- Manage the construction package elements of the procurement process
- Monitor contract performance against project milestones, budget and other established metrics
- Care for and sustain business relationships with multiple clients
- Responsible for Business Development, Estimating, and Construction as well as follow through with existing clients
- Education And Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Read, analyze and interpret blueprints, professional journals, technical procedures, contracts or governmental regulations
- Write reports, business correspondence and document project activities
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from project managers, superintendents, clients, customers and the general public
- Effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
