We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Construction Laborers to join our team in Fargo, ND. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to support the construction and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure projects, including flood diversion channels and related structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy civil construction and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites, including cleaning and preparing sites, digging trenches, and removing debris.
• Operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
• Assist other craft workers as needed.
• Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

 Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction labor or related field.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with heavy civil construction projects.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
