Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for construction project management? We are

seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead exciting projects

from inception to completion. This is a dynamic role managing a wide range of commercial

work—from renovations and new office buildouts to pre-engineered steel buildings and

large-scale, ground-up construction projects.

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all project phases, from client

meetings and cost estimation to contractor coordination and budgeting. You'll play a crucial role

in ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met. Your expertise will

directly contribute to the success of each project and the continued growth of our company.


Responsibilities:

● Interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications to establish project requirements

and scope

● Develop accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and present detailed proposals to

clients

● Order materials, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely resource availability

● Lead and motivate the project team while maintaining organized documentation

● Analyze and mitigate project risks, manage change orders, and perform quality

assurance

● Conduct client meetings, coordinate with code officials, and perform job site inspections

for compliance

● Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and proactively address potential hazards


Qualifications:

● 5+ years of experience in construction project management with a commercial focus

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and estimating software; experience with UDA

Construction Online or similar platforms is a plus


● Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and terminology

● Skilled in budgeting, financial management, and project scheduling

● Knowledge of occupational safety practices and risk mitigation

● Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and critical thinking skills

● Able to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain professionalism

● Strong communication skills and leadership abilities

● OSHA 30-hour card preferred
