Job Description: We are looking for experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our teams in Nashville, TN and Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidates

will have extensive experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC

systems. This role requires strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and excellent

customer service abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair services on commercial HVAC systems, including air

conditioning, heating, and ventilation units.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately.

• Conduct system inspections and tests to ensure optimal performance.

• Respond to service calls and emergency repairs promptly.

• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and parts used.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction

with work completed.

• Stay current with industry standards and advancements in HVAC technology.

• Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure timely and effective completion

of projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.

• Valid HVAC technician license in the respective state (Tennessee for Nashville, Texas for

Dallas-Fort Worth).

• EPA Universal Certification.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration cycles, electrical components,

and control systems.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
