We are seeking highly motivated individuals with 2-3 years of experience in the construction trade to join a growing team specializing in commercial renovations, new office buildouts, and ground-up pre-engineered steel buildings. This role offers the opportunity for long-term career growth while developing valuable skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

           •          Read and interpret project specifications and plans.

           •          Assist with project layout according to architectural designs and specifications.

           •          Set up jobsites by moving tools, equipment, and materials as needed.

           •          Perform demolition work and properly dispose of construction debris.

           •          Install steel and wood framing.

           •          Assist with the assembly of pre-engineered buildings.

           •          Maintain a clean and organized job site, including tool and truck maintenance.

           •          Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers safely.

           •          Lead by example with a positive attitude, proper PPE usage, and adherence to safe work practices.

Qualifications

           •          Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

           •          Knowledge of general construction processes, terminology, and best practices.

           •          Familiarity with carpentry tools and equipment.

           •          Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and growth.

           •          Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

           •          Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to challenges.

           •          Strong time management and decision-making skills.

           •          Comfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts.

           •          Ability to identify and mitigate safety hazards.

           •          OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
