We are looking for a seasoned Traveling Civil Foreman with

specialized experience in EV charging station installations. This role

involves leading and managing civil works projects related to the

construction and setup of EV charging stations. The position requires

extensive travel to oversee projects across different locations, ensuring

they are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all

regulatory standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil construction projects for EV charging stations, from

groundbreaking to completion.

• Lead and supervise teams, ensuring that all work is performed in

accordance with safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, local authorities, and

subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage site preparation, excavation, concrete work, and installation of

electrical conduits and related infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, obtaining

necessary permits and inspections.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure

projects are completed on schedule and within budget.


• Resolve on-site issues and challenges, acting as the primary point of

contact for all civil work-related matters.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports,

safety logs, and compliance records.


• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, with specific experience in EV

charging station projects preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of civil construction practices, equipment,

materials, and safety standards.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving

abilities.

• Flexibility to travel extensively to project sites across the country.

• Professional certification or training in civil construction, engineering,

or related field.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to

changing project requirements.
