Our client is looking for a Civil Engineer project manager interested in building their career with our employee-oriented company. The Civil Engineer Project Manager will actively participate in expanding our presence in the local site development market and will help lead and manage our Civil Engineering group and projects. Experience managing and working on site development projects is required. Education and Experience Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in site grading, utility design, SWM, and E/S control permits
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Familiarity with CAD and engineering design software
• Knowledge of state and local regulatory agency processes and codes
• Maryland professional engineer license
